International Presence

Mesirow Financial International UK, Limited ("MFIUK")*, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mesirow Financial Holdings, Inc. ("Mesirow Financial"), opened a London office in August 2007 to expand Mesirow Financial's international capabilities. The office is currently staffed with senior research professionals from Mesirow Advanced Strategies.

In addition to carrying out investment research, MFIUK is authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Authority to advise and arrange deals in investments for professional clients.
