The Going Green Committee was formed with a simple mission intended to make a big impact. The employees involved are dedicated to sharing innovative ideas of change for both the workplace and home in order to help us conserve and protect our natural resources.

Each of the initiatives introduced by our Going Green Committee is created and executed by our employees. Participation encompasses a broad representation of employees in our firm who are focused on providing real, feasible solutions to our different environmental concerns.

Some of our successes include expanding our recycling capabilities and education, providing reusable kitchen items and purchasing eco-friendly disposable items, utilizing partially recycled paper for mass presentations and distributing internal newsletters and information electronically. We also welcomed an environmental not-for-profit organization to our Workplace Giving Program in 2008, providing employees the opportunity to donate funds that will be used to plant trees in the Chicago area.

Employees continue to create new projects and resources for our firm in order to further our eco-friendly positive impact.
