- Served as senior vice president – general counsel and secretary of Lechters, Inc.
- Prior to his corporate experience, specialized in general corporate, securities and banking law, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, securities law, financings representing both lenders and borrowers, and corporate and bank representation and negotiations in restructuring matters
