We ensure your plan meets ERISA 404(c) diversification requirements and monitor lineup funds on a quarterly basis using a rigorous quantitative and qualitative process.

We defend all claims within the scope of our fiduciary duty. Indemnification for plan sponsors and advisors is not subject to a liability cap.*
