Norman Mesirow establishes Mesirow & Company, with wealth management as the firm's founding capability.

Begins offering Institutional Sales and Trading and Public Finance capabilities.

Opens first satellite office in Highland Park to serve high net worth clients.
Expands into Investment Banking, Sale-Leaseback Capital and Private Equity.

Adds fund-of-funds offering within Private Equity.
