Marci Masur serves as Head of Corporate Real Estate at Mesirow. In this capacity, Marci is responsible for strategically evaluating, modernizing and maintaining Mesirow’s national and international office locations. She oversees lease negotiations, renovations, growth and ongoing operations for all offices as well as manages the Mesirow facilities team, third party contractors and more than 100 vendor relationships. 

Marci joined Mesirow in 2011 to develop, implement and manage the firm’s Enterprise Risk Management program. Since then, she has held rising roles in risk mitigation, financial analytics, and corporate strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Mesirow, Marci designed and built the risk program at Aviva, a London-based insurance company. She also worked as a consultant at Protiviti, where she focused on strategy and risk consulting for financial services clients. 

Marci is the Head of the annual fundraising campaign at Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day school. She is also a member of the Innovator’s fundraising team at Lurie Children’s Hospital and is on the Board of the Lakewood Balmoral Resident’s Council. Marci earned her degree in finance and corporate strategy from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
