Mesirow Advises Vitex Packaging Group, Inc. On Its Sale To ProAmpac LLC

CHICAGO, October 25, 2016 – Mesirow Financial acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Vitex Packaging Group, Inc. (“Vitex” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Kirtland Capital Partners, on its sale to ProAmpac LLC (“ProAmpac”).

Based in Suffolk, Virginia, Vitex is a leading printer and converter of flexible packaging solutions for a range of attractive and growing end markets, including specialty tea, pet care and healthcare, among others. Through its focus on managing complex, short to medium run business, the Company has established itself as a value-added partner to customers requiring superior service and support. Vitex has leveraged its experience, technical expertise and unique value proposition to expand within niche flexible packaging applications.
