Mesirow Financial acted as exclusive financial advisor to Color Optics, Inc. ("Color Optics" or the "Company") in its sale to Arcade Marketing ("Arcade"), the leading worldwide provider of fragrance, cosmetic and personal care sampling solutions. Arcade Marketing is a subsidiary of Visant Corporation (“Visant”).
Based in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, Color Optics is a specialized packaging provider, offering highly decorated packaging solutions. The Company is a preferred supplier to high end cosmetics, consumer products, liquor and entertainment players.
