What does Hispanic Heritage Month mean to you?

Hispanic heritage Month is a meaningful time for me to connect to my family’s culture and traditions. It serves as a reminder of the sacrifices made by others before me, like my maternal grandfather, who first arrived in America through the Bracero Program. His perseverance inspires me to take pride in my roots and remain deeply grateful for the opportunities I have today, now more than ever.

Advice to my younger self would be...

to be confident, believe in her abilities, and trust the journey, even when the path isn’t clear.

I decompress by...

starting my mornings at the gym, it’s my daily reset and a way to clear my mind before the day begins.

The most important thing when collaborating as part a of a team is...

Trust. Trusting the team, you are collaborating with allows you to freely share ideas without fearing to be judged.

Workplace culture matters because...

it promotes a sense of belonging, making employees feel valued, and included.
