CHICAGO, January 27, 2022 – Mesirow, an independent, employee-owned financial services firm, today announced it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to LumiSource, LLC (“LumiSource” or the “Company”) on its partnership with CID Capital, an Indianapolis-based private equity firm focused on control investments in high-quality, lower-middle market companies.

Based in Elk Grove, IL with additional warehouses throughout the US, Canada and the UK, the Company has leveraged its extensive design, sourcing and warehousing capabilities, sophisticated IT-driven operations and diverse portfolio of products to a diverse set of customers across both e-commerce and traditional retail. The partnership between LumiSource and CID Capital will accelerate the Company’s growth as a platform for more home décor products and categories to expand its existing offerings available to its retail and commercial partners.
