Alison Montgomery is a Vice President in Mesirow Investment Banking. She is responsible for leading the day-to-day transaction execution process across a wide range of industries including aerospace and defense, business services, consumer and retail, distribution and supply chain, food, beverage and agribusiness, healthcare, industrials, paper, plastics and packaging and technology, among others.

Prior to joining Mesirow in 2018, Ali served as an Associate in the M&A group at Lancaster Pollard, focusing primarily in the senior housing space. Before that, she was a Senior Analyst at Prairie Capital Advisors where she worked on a variety of transaction types including M&A, ESOPs, and recapitalizations across a range of industries in the middle-market.

Ali earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management with a focus in finance. She holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
