Dan Groman

Dan Groman serves as Mesirow Chief Technology Officer. As CTO, Dan is responsible for leveraging technology as a mean for growth and efficiency across the firm’s business lines while also overseeing our corporate technology utilization.

Prior to joining Mesirow, Dan most recently served as Chief Technology Officer at Enfusion. In this capacity, he led the Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Corporate Technology teams, guiding the company through its successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) and subsequent acquisition by Clearwater Analytics. Dan joined Enfusion in 2016 and was instrumental in expanding the company's SaaS-native platform, enabling growth into new client segments prior to his promotion to CTO in July 2021.

Before his tenure at Enfusion, Dan worked for the CME Group as a Software Engineer. He began his career gaining broad experience in product, middle/back-office operations, and technology roles with exposure to insurance companies, asset managers, and hedge funds. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Maryland and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from DePaul University.
