Brian Riordan is a Managing Director in Public Finance at Mesirow, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He focuses on serving colleges, universities, charter schools, private K-12, public school districts, real estate developers and other not-for-profit borrowers nationwide.

Brian has more than 26 years of higher education, real estate and not-for-profit finance and development experience. He brings a wealth of knowledge, aiding borrowers in the implementation of an extensive range of public finance, advisory and commercial financing solutions. Prior to joining Mesirow, Brian worked for Ziegler, Huntington Investment Company, GE Capital Public Finance, and JP Morgan Chase.

Brian earned a BBA in Finance from Ohio University and an MBA from John Carroll University. He holds FINRA Series SIE, 6, 7, 24, 50, 52, 53, 63, and 79 licenses.
