Linda Myers

Linda K. Myers serves on the Mesirow Board of Directors, contributing to the development and the strategic direction of the firm.

Linda is a nationally recognized corporate attorney with over 30 years of experience representing private equity groups, major public and private companies, and commercial lending institutions. Until her retirement in 2022, Linda was a Share Partner at the international law firm Kirkland & Ellis, LLP where she served on the Firm’s Global Executive Management Committee for over 10 years.

Linda currently serves on the boards of Gibraltar Industries (NASDAQ: ROCK), LCI Industries (NYSE: LCII), Marex Group plc (NASDAQ: MRX), and Eurowag (LSE: EWG), where she holds leadership roles across governance, audit, risk, remuneration, sustainability and capital allocation committees. Linda also holds advisory roles at Kinzie Capital Partners and Chelsea Lighting. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Corporate Directors and also serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the National Philanthropic Trust.

A long-time Chicago resident, Myers is actively engaged in the city's civic and cultural institutions, including service with the Chicago Shakespeare Theater and the Lyric Opera of Chicago. She earned her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
