William “Bill” Lynch is a Managing Director in Mesirow’s Investment Banking group. He is responsible for client management, deal execution leadership and new business development within the industrial technology sector with a focus on the broader security industry including physical security and life-safety businesses.
Prior to joining Mesirow, Bill worked at Imperial Capital, where he primarily focused on Security and Life-Safety M&A, financings, and strategic advisory. Prior to Imperial Capital, Bill worked at ProFinance Associates, Inc. Earlier in his career, Bill held leadership roles in industrial manufacturing at USG Corporation, where he oversaw strategic and capital planning, distribution, marketing, and sales for the Industrial Gypsum Division across the western United States.
Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Menlo College. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 79 and 99 licenses.
