Danny Margolis is a Managing Director in Mesirow CTL and Structured Debt Products where he leads originations for Mesirow’s SASB CMBS vertical. Danny also focuses on various aspects of CTL and Structured Debt’s DCM advisory capabilities, particularly as they relate to corporate-level debt capital solutions for real estate investment managers. In addition, Danny is responsible for the group’s Loan Servicing vertical.

Prior to joining Mesirow in 2020, Danny served as a Client Executive at JP Morgan on a team responsible for nationwide coverage of real estate fund managers and REITs in the origination of corporate and property-level solution-sets. During his career, Danny has held various roles in the origination, syndication, credit structuring and workout of commercial real estate finance transactions.

Danny is an active member of ULI, RELA and NAIOP.

Danny earned a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University and a Master of Science from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University. He holds FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses.
