Joe Riley is a Senior Managing Director in Mesirow Institutional Sales and Trading. He is the head of treasury, agency, structured notes and short-term trading.

Joe has more than 30 years of experience trading Fixed Income Bonds. Prior to joining Mesirow in 1995, he was a Senior Vice President and Head of Trading for GMS Group. Before that, he was Head of Long Treasury Trading at UBS.

Joe is a Director of Bridge Communities Transitional Housing.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts and an Master of Business Administration from St. John’s University. He holds FINRA Series 4, 7, 53 and 63 licenses.
