Matt Ernst is a Vice President in Mesirow Investment Banking. He is responsible for supporting senior bankers and clients throughout the transaction process and providing valuation analyses and advisory services for transactions across a wide range of industries. These industries include aerospace and defense, business services, consumer and retail, distribution and supply chain, food, beverage and agribusiness, healthcare, industrials, paper, plastics and packaging and technology, among others.

Matt joined Mesirow as an Investment Banking Analyst in 2020 after completing two internships with Regions Bank. 

Matt graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in finance. He holds FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses.
