Paul Arnold is a Managing Director, Head of Investment Solutions for Mesirow Wealth Management. He is responsible for leading investment solutions and supporting the development of investment strategies for clients and advisors.
Paul joined Mesirow in 2026 and has more than 21 years of experience in investment management. Prior to joining Mesirow, Paul was Global Head of Multi-Asset Research at Morningstar Investment Management. Earlier in his career at Morningstar, Paul held various roles managing multi-asset fund portfolios and institutional consulting products, overseeing ESG methodologies and advising clients on product development.
Paul serves on the Anti-Defamation League Regional Board and is a member of the organization’s ACT National Young Leadership group. He is also a founding member of the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center and previously served on the Museum’s young leadership committee.
Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Business in finance and international business from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a Master of Business Administration in analytical finance and economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
