Mesirow Advises Noise & Vibration Technologies on its Financing by Mizzen Capital Management LLC

Mesirow, an independent, employee-owned financial services firm, has announced it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Noise & Vibration Technologies ("NVT Group" or the "Company"), a portfolio company of Battery Ventures ("Battery"), on its financing by Mizzen Capital ("Mizzen") and Bridge Bank.

NVT Group is a leading provider of noise, vibration, and harshness testing solutions to support customers' most complex, challenging, and mission critical applications. The Company serves customers across aerospace, defense, commercial space, automotive, and other critical industrial applications. This financing will enable NVT Group to continue to invest in its cutting-edge technology and engineering capabilities to remain at the forefront of mission critical testing.
