Justin Minaker is Senior Vice President, Operations Strategy at Mesirow Currency. As part of the firm’s operations team, he oversees post-trade processes and leads initiatives to enhance operational efficiency in support of Mesirow Currency’s traders and portfolio managers—ultimately contributing to exceptional client outcomes.

Before joining Mesirow, Justin spent over a decade at Russell Investments, where he led a global operations team. His expertise spans client onboarding, post-trade settlement, and aligning operational resources to meet evolving business demands.

Justin earned a Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration (Concentration in Finance) from the University of Washington, Tacoma.
