Mesirow, an independent, employee-owned financial services firm, announced it acted as a co-advisor to Barr GeoSpatial Solutions ("Barr GeoSpatial" or the "Company"), a portfolio company of 24/6 Capital Partners, on its sale to PNC Riverarch Capital ("PNC"). Hennepin Partners also co-advised the Company.
