Through the work of our engaged employees, we will continue to advance inclusion across our workforce and our industry. This work is strengthened by our partnerships with organizations that fight all forms of hate and seek to eliminate racism, including Chicago United, the Anti-Defamation League and YWCA. It is through these collaborative community groups that we are conversing, learning and engaging. 

In the words of Chicago United, ?Xenophobia can be deadly, and, during the COVID-19 pandemic, it has exacted a heavy toll on the Asian-American community in many ways that have ripple effects on everyone.
