The experienced retirement plan professionals of CIBC join Mesirow under the leadership of Mesirow RAS president David Dermenjian, who has been with the firm since 2002.

The combined capabilities of Mesirow RAS and CIBC Corporate Retirement Services will enable plan sponsors to more effectively manage fiduciary risk through greater resources that include the RAS team?s deep expertise in investment research and fund selection, plan design consulting and focus on achieving the best participant outcomes ? all enhanced by Mesirow?s strength, discipline and market position.

This strategic acquisition provides Mesirow RAS with an expanded geographic footprint in key U.S. markets, enabling the team to more effectively serve the evolving needs of plan sponsors and their employees nationally.
